Reading the obituary in the Globe today  for Phyllis Bianchi Lange of Lexington strikes a note of nostalgia for ladies of a certain age – ladies like me. Phyllis Bianchi  co-founded the bridal gown House of Bianchi in Boston with her mother in the late 1940s. From the late 1940s through the early 1990s, Bianchi created the centerpiece of  bridal dreams with her bridal designs and elegant fashions. She led the way in the bridal fashion world and found herself the first inductee into the Bridal Hall of Fame.
