Author! Author! Tewksbury Public Library to Host 100 Authors!
The Tewksbury Public Library has a special authors program on the 2013 calendar. The Libray will host 100 authors for discussions and book signings. The events take place in the Community Room. Here’s a sample of the next few events:
100 Authors to Visit the TPL this Year!
What a coup! Explore fiction, history and learn from experts in their fields. Expect great reading, book signings and discussion time with the authors of 100 books. For these wonderful programs we extend thanks to the remarkable and diligent work of Robert Hayes, our Technical Services Librarian.
Here are a just a few upcoming visits.
Author #3–February 11, Meet author Michael Palmer whose newest thriller is “Political Suicide“.
Author #4 – Feb. 17. Meet author John Fiske as he discusses “The Pilots’ Guide to the Airports of Historic Massachusetts,” including talk about our very own Tew-Mac airport.
Author #9 – March 5, “Drinking Boston – A History of The City & Its Spirits” by Stephanie Schorow.
Author #17 – April 2, “Traditions and Techniques of Building New England Stone Walls” by Kevin Gardner.
