Downtown Tranquility Meeting Revisited (2/16/12)

Blogging and tweeting on Feb. 16 of this year, Dick Howe Jr reported on the special meeting of the Lowell City Council convened to discuss concerns about peace and tranquility in the downtown, especially as related to alcohol sales and late night socializing. Read the post here.
Note that the meeting drew an “overflow” crowd. It was one of the largest turn-outs I have ever seen at the City Council chamber.
