For Second Essex and Middlesex State Senatorial District residents, here’s an item for your civic calendar:

As part of a district-wide series of forums, State Senator Barry Finegold (D-Andover) will be holding a “Listening Forum” in the town of Tewksbury next month.

The forum will be on Saturday, October 1st at 9:30am at the Tewksbury Public Library and is open to everyone in the community. It will be an informal, question-and-answer session to give the public the opportunity to voice ideas and concerns for the town of Tewksbury. There will not be a planned speaking program but rather a casual atmosphere where local residents can be heard and helped.
