Book Launching: “All Waters Run to Lethe”

The public is invited to the rescheduled release of Lowell poet Jacqueline Malone’s book “All Waters Run to Lethe” on September 11, 2011 at 2 p.m., at 153 Sanders Avenue in Lowell. RSVP to mlchapman@comcast.net, if you plan to attend.

Malone’s book includes poems about memory and Alzheimer’s disease. The publisher is Finishing Line Press of Kentucky.

“Jackie’s work has appeared in many literary journals, including Poetry Magazine, Ploughshares, Cimarron Review, and Poetry Northwest. One of the poems published in Poetry was featured on the Web site Poetry Daily. She has an MFA from Warren Wilson College and received a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship Grant in poetry. She was instrumental in producing the Massachusetts Poetry Festival in Lowell in 2008 and 2009 and in Salem in April 2011. Her writing has been published on this blog.” pm
