While there is more commemorative and monumental art out on the Lowell scene, this Lowell Public Art Collection – Walking Tour with an easy-to-follow map is available on the UML/Center for Lowell History website here. Just click through the pages for the sites and background information. All of this art is in the Historic Downtown Lowell area. Of course, there are back stage stories for all these public art projects, but those stories are for another post on another day!
