Don’t forget the “Rally to Keep the Fifth Intact” today at 1pm at the UMass Lowell/Inn & Conference Center at 50 Warren Street in historic downtown Lowell – the heart of the Fifth Congressional District. Please join us!

    Are there alternate proposals for the 5th? I’d like to see them before fighting to keep the status quo. I am not a supporter of the current representation, but I’d like to know what the alternatives are.
