Third Annual Community Haiku Project: Coming in April

All writers, non-writers, and anti-writers, please take notice. This estimable hyper-local blog will host the Third Annual Community Haiku Project in April as one of Lowell’s contributions to National Poetry Month. Start your creative engines, and put on your haiku shoes because we’ll be looking for the choicest of the choice examples of one of the most popular and honored forms of poetry. On rh.com we will post one, maybe two, haiku each day in April, depending on the inventory in stock. Watch for an announcement for guidelines for submission and etc. Please do not send any haiku until we open the submission window. This is a head’s up, not quite the sign of spring that the Red Sox equipment truck leaving Fenway has become, but vey close. . .
