Where is the bottom smokestack located? How very sad!!!!
The cel tower smokestack is in the Marginal Street area. Photo was taken from the UMass Lowell South Campus parking lot near the end of Broadway. The other smokestack is in the Acre taken for the Pollard Memorial Library.
