John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site, established as a National Park Service unit in 1967, is the birthplace and early boyhood home of John Fitzgerald Kennedy. As the park prepares to celebrate the centennial of JFK’s birth in 2017, we are working to improve our understanding of how the public views JFK and the Kennedy family. We will use this information to guide our programming in the years to come, as we strive to engage audiences of diverse backgrounds and ages in JFK’s story.

As part of the process, we invite you to join one of our “Learning Circles.” These Learning Circles are designed to be explorative-to ask the big questions with a group of diverse friends, partners and interested community members. Each Learning Circle will be structured around a series of “juicy questions” that can evolve as the group’s interest and conversations unfold.

In particular, we seek to hear from a variety of individuals in the greater Boston area and beyond why they are or are not interest in JFK and the Kennedy family and what types of programming might engage them in the Kennedy story in Brookline.
