Food Truck Festival coming to Lowell

It’s still a ways off, but mark your calendars: Food Trucks are coming to Lowell. The Lowell Food Truck Festival will take place on the grounds of UMass Lowell’s Tsongas Center on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from noon to 4 pm. Trucks serving food from grilled cheese sandwiches (above) to cupcakes (below) will participate.     In the calendar! Perhaps UTEC’s commercial kitchen can expand to a UTEC food truck to move about the City at times likely to be profitable to UTEC (an all who love to eat from a food truck!).
