Preliminary Election Week – 1963

September in odd-numbered years is traditionally the time for city of Lowell preliminary elections. Since there aren’t enough candidates to require a preliminary this year, I thought I would post the results of some past preliminary elections this week starting with the 1963 Lowell City Council preliminary election.
