The amount of municipal “demolition by neglect”, demolition by UML, or landowner speculation demolition because of UML that happens in this city is staggering. And what are we left with? Parking lots, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Dollar Store, and a soon to be built athletic field.
The pump house on W Sixth is next. That building could last another hundred years with a little love.
