“Working the Water” canal boat tour
Some relatives from Texas were in town this weekend on a quest to learn more about their Lowell roots. Besides visiting all the ancestral homesteads and other family-specific spots, we took the Working the Water canal boat tour from the Lowell National Historical Park which was superb. I’ll write a longer post about the experience in the coming days but for now, here are a few pictures from the tour:
