Also on Friday, 145 Post Office Square, also known as River Place Towers, was sold for $17,200,000. However, the sale was from Princeton Plaza LP to Princeton Plaza LLC so even though the money changed hands, it was between related entities. Princeton Plaza LP (limited partnership) had purchased the property in 1996 from the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.
