Live Blogging tonight’s debate
I’m bringing my laptop with me to tonight’s Democratic US Senate debate at UMass Lowell. The debate begins at 7 pm and I plan to do periodic posts through the evening as the event progresses, so check back frequently. Hopefully the rain will go away by then so the pre-debate demonstrations by the campaigns outside the debate hall will not be curtailed by the weather.
Please join us and other concerned citizens before the U.S Senate Democratic Primary Debate in front of University of Massachusetts Lowell’s South Campus Durgin Hall Auditorium- 35 Wilder St at 6:00pm. We will be standing in solidarity with signs outlining our requests and politely requesting the attention of Governor Rick Perry, Presidential candidate of the United States of America.
This is not a partisan issue. We are not accusing Governor Perry of anything. As a free society, we ask and expect that issues like these will be raised and addressed peacefully. We are just concerned voters and citizens, respectfully requesting an explanation.
