The Lowell Citywide Neighborhood Council has three city council candidate forums on the calendar. Here are the dates and places. If you’re interested in the direction of our city government you should try to make at least one of these events in person. In any case, please watch for our videos from these forums which will eventually end up on our 2011 City Council Election page.
