Just Monday the FBI announced it was changing its tactics in the hunt for mob boss Whitey Bulger who “was” on the lam for 16 years.The FBI decided to focusing on finding the fugitives girlfriend to lead them to Bulger.

I guess it worked…

In my opinion there was much more than this Ad that resulted in the capture of Bulger.
