In doing our part to honor and support the small business community, the City of Lowell is hosting the fourth annual One-Stop Business Resource Fair at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell Inn and Conference Center on Thursday, May 19, 2011. The resource fair brings together under one roof the many organizations that offer technical, financial, procurement, networking and other business support services.
