119 Gallery, located at 119 Chelmsford Street in Lowell, will host a city council candidates night on September 20, 2013. The event will begin at 6:30 pm with a reception to meet the candidates in an informal setting along with a pot luck dinner. At 7:30 pm, there will be a formal question and answer session with the candidates which will be moderated by John Wooding of UMass Lowell and COOL.
