This Monday night from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Wang Middle School at 365 West Meadow Road, the Lowell Citywide Neighborhood Council will present its third City Council candidate forum. The topic for this gathering will be “Finances, Taxes & the Budget.” Nothing beats seeing the candidates in person, but I plan to attend and video the opening and closing remarks of all participants which I will then post after the forum.
