Not sure what the scaffolding and work on Prescott St. is about, but yes, the building has been shedding bricks in the front. The scaffolding on Merrimack St. was installed months ago for safety reasons, so bricks would not fall on passersby.
There have been many complaints, including from the Center City Committee, so I’m pretty sure there’s a full court press on the owner to resolve the situation, but don’t know the current status. Anyone who does, please post.

Did I see a crane on Prescott Street this morning ready to support some work on the SUN building?
