I really don’t know what to make of these two YouTube videos about Lowell posted by THEREALKING40…is the intent to be humorous, satirical, sincere or all these things…you decide.

    Satirical, no. I’d say humorous and sincere. I love the guy’s voice. Sounds like Kojak.

    That was not the Merrimack. I think it was the Concord. The street scene looks like Centerville. Steve what do you think? He sounds like a Latino – American?

    I would say he’s a Hellenic American from somewhere west of Flatbush Ave
    in Brooklyn, probably Red Hock, in view of Governor’s Island.
    I’d have to hear him say “The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain.”
    Latino a possibility…real king…real is royal in Spanish. I’m looking into it.
