Behind the Scene Look at Boarding House Show

This is a great video posted by mshane123. Its a behind the scene look at fiddler Natalie MacMaster’s recent performance at Boarding House Park. The guy featured in the video and doing most of the talking is guitarist Shane Hendrickson who was touring with MacMaster at the time of her Lowell appearance.

Here is mshane123’s video description: Cool venue here in Lowell. Kinda has a Venice kind of feel with canals all around us. As well there was a little train that went right by the back of the stage. The crowd was awesome and most showed up in the afternoon to stake their claim on the lawn in front of the stage. Pretty cool.
Sounds like he liked Lowell.

    Tony – Many thanks for posting this clip. I was looking forward to this concert as the highlight of the Summer Series but alas I had to be elsewhere recuperating. I am a serious Natalie McMaster fan! I had the good fortune (by accident) to sit in on a “Fiddles of the World” workshop in Halifax, NS many years ago. This fiddle workshop was only for women and girls – McMaster was one of the leaders . It was fabulous and only added to my admiration for her and the world of this music. No surprise that her guy liked Lowell!
