The Lowell Review at lala books

Thanks to everyone who attended yesterday’s “launch” of The Lowell Review 2022 at lala books at 189 Market Street in Lowell. Paul Marion and I were there from 11 am until 1 pm and over the course of those two hours close to 50 people showed up. Included were several contributors to this edition.

Below are some photos I took at the start of the event when Paul and I (as editors) made some brief remarks.

The Lowell Review is published annually in the spring. Each edition contains essays, poems, short stories, criticism, opinion, and visual art from writers in Lowell and across the world. Copies of The Lowell Review 2021 and The Lowell Review 2022 may be purchased at lala books or from the links on The Lowell Review page of this website.

Finally, thanks to Laura and her team at lala books for their hospitality yesterday. Please visit, buy some books, attend an event, or just stop in and say hello.

Wish I could have attended the “launch” of the Lowell Review Second Edition at Lala Books. Sounds like a great event for a great publication. Feeling a bit under the weather physically, but I was there in spirit. Hope to be there when the third edition has its launch.
