Lowell Sunset Walk

This spring and summer, in collaboration with the Downtown Lowell First Thursdays arts & business series and Lowell’s Next Initiative/Canalway Vitality effort, Lowell Walks will offer three sunset walks. Each walk will highlight an aspect of the historical, artistic, and recreational value and potential of the canals and will end with a canal-lighting demonstration and other activities.

The April 7 walk will end at the lighting up of Lower Locks alongside the UMass Lowell Inn & Conference Center and Middlesex Community College.
