Greeks in the Merrimack Valley Author Talk

Join E. Philip Brown, author of Greeks of the Merrimack Valley, for a free presentation on the history of the Greek community of Greater Lowell.

Mr. Brown is a history teacher and public historian from Haverhill, MA. His previous book was Armenians of the Merrimack Valley, which he cowrote with Tom Vartabedian. He is an active member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) Acropolis Chapter 39, as well as the Haverhill Citizens Hall of Fame Committee, and Haverhill Rotary Club.

The 45 minute program begins at 2 p.m., with a booksigning to follow. Copies of the book will be available for purchase in the Visitor Center bookstore. Free parking for the event is available at 304 Dutton St.
