Last night Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Steven Grossman was honored as the “Fighter of the Year.” The award was presented at the 4th annual golf tournament benefiting the Team Micky Ward Charities at Meadow Creek Golf Club in Dracut.

The Team Micky Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that provides financial assistance to children and families in need to help improve their everyday quality of life. The goal of the foundation is to raise money through charitable contributions and fundraiser’s. These finances will be allotted to those in need of our assistance, wherever and whenever possible, regardless of race, religion, age, or ethnicity.
