That’s the title of tonight’s Parker Lecture at the Pollard Memorial Library (401 Merrimack Street, Lowell) beginning at 7 pm in the ground floor conference room.  Here’s the description of the lecture from the library’s website:

I can’t say I’m a regular reader of Mr Gutterplan’s blog, but with the hyper-active blogosphere here in Lowell these days, it will be very interesting to hear a different perspective on this new and evolving communications tool.
