Last night I was bored to death, so I watched one of those Big Media national “news” broadcasts. During one report the anchor, Charlie Gibson mention that the Obama campaign had launched a new website to counter John McCain’s negative advertisements. Being a dedicated blogger and political junkie I wrote the URL down as it was announced on TV. I thought, this will make a good post on richardhowe.com. So this morning I logged on and entered the URL thelowroadexpress.com. This is what I saw:

What?! CBS and many other major News outlets are calling oBama’s new site “thelowroadexpress.com”. But, it is the wrong name. And thousands of people (like me) are hitting it? The actually name is “lowroadexpress .com” , no “the”. Sure there is only a minor difference between the two domain names, but the differences in the search results are major. Now I must admit the owner of this Domain Name is one lucky and smart individual. Naturally, I checked out eBay looking for the thelowroadexpress.com auction (the wrong one)…this is a summary of what I saw:

eBay listed the minimum starting bid at $15,000…or you could Buy Now for $27,500. Sweet!
